I love Tarzan and E.R.B but Howard wrote with astounding force and descriptive abilities. I write myself and am always trying to emulate the realism of Howard's best work. I like all of it, even the detective stories that Howard felt he was so inept at writing. I am glad to see his work being reprinted in as close to the form that came from his hand as possible.
